Donating from the UK

The Life You Can Save makes smart giving simple. Our mission is to help change the culture of giving in affluent countries and increase donations to nonprofits that dramatically improve the lives of people in extreme poverty. We curate the most impactful, cost-effective charities in the world and make it easy to donate to them.

In the near future, we hope to be a registered charity in the UK. In the meantime, we have listed on this page all the donation options where you and the charity can benefit from Gift Aid.

About Prism The Gift Fund

The Life You Can Save has partnered with Prism The Gift Fund to create The Life You Can Save UK (a collective fund of Prism). Prism is a UK registered charity (1099682) whose aim is to increase the flow of funds into the charitable sector from UK donors through effective administration. Prism as a registered charity is able to claim Gift Aid (25%) on our behalf and charge a small fee for their services, all of which goes into the running of their charity.

This arrangement provides The Life You Can Save with a more cost-effective model than setting up our own UK charity at this point in time. If you have any questions about The Life You Can Save UK or Prism, please contact us at
