Ways to Donate

In addition to credit card donations made directly on the Best Charities and Cause Funds pages, we offer a number of other donation payment methods. 

All donations of A$2 or more made via thelifeyoucansave.org.au  are tax-deductible in Australia. For other countries, see our Tax Deductibility page.

Why consider an alternate payment method? 

  • A 1.2% platform fee, plus standard credit card charges, is deducted by Donorbox (our donation platform) and Stripe (our payment processor) when donating by credit card. For donations over A$999, fees increase.
  • To avoid these fees and ensure 100% of your donation goes to your chosen charity or fund, we recommend donating by bank transfer.

Bank Transfer or Cheque

To donate via bank transfer or cheque:

  1. Click on the Donate Now button below and fill out the form.
  2. You’ll receive an email with your unique donation reference number and step-by-step instructions.

When donating this way, 100% of your gift goes directly to the charity or charities you choose.

We accept cryptocurrency donations in support of both The Life You Can Save itself and our recommended charities.

  • Donations are processed securely by The Giving Block.
