To donate by bank transfer, please fill out this form.

After you submit the form, we will email you our bank account details and a unique reference number. You then need to log in to your bank account and make a bank transfer using the unique reference number.  If you want to make a recurring bank transfer you can use the same reference number and do not need to fill out the form each month.

We appreciate a 10% optional and tax-deductible contribution to The Life You Can Save to enable us to keep spreading the word about effective giving, run our website and give our book to more people.

Once you’ve completed the 2-step bank transfer donation process, we’ll grant 100% of your donation to the charity or charities of your choice. We will also send you a tax receipt. Donations of A$2 or more are tax-deductible in Australia.

PayID is a fast and secure way to transfer funds between bank accounts used by over 100 Australian banks and institutions. We recommend using PayID for donations by bank transfer because, unlike traditional bank transfers based on the BSB and account number, PayID includes a confirmation step within your online bank or bank app before the transfer is processed where you can confirm your payment is going to the correct recipient.
