Yearend Giving

Though charities need funding year-round to do their work, 30% of annual giving occurs in December. “Giving Season” (loosely defined as November and December) is a logical time for donating: people are inspired by the warm spirit of the holidays or may ask for and/or give donations instead of material gifts (including setting up a Personal Fundraiser), and there is often the added incentive of qualifying for tax deductions before year’s end.
